Your Technicians








Mel Schulte:  Mel is the original owner.  He is still here every day to greet and serve our customers.  He will always take time to regale you with a fish story of where the real lunkers are biting.  You probably wont even have to ask.  Oh...and he still fixes cars on occasion.

 Scott Schulte:  Scott is the current owner and is Mel's son.  He spends a great deal of time in the office and out of the building, but prefers to have his fingernails dirty and be up to his elbows in grease.  Scott graduated from Dunwoody and Anoka Technical college and is certified in all facets of auto repair.

Roger Hendricks:  Roger is a long time employee and has served the motoring clientele of Hi‐Ten Service Center since 1969.  He is a proud American Veteran of the Viet Nam war and a graduate of Anoka Technical College.  Roger is a certified technician, but his experience is his true asset to you and Hi‐Ten.

Shawn Lawson: Shawn is no longer the newest of member of our team, he has now been here at Hi‐Ten Service Center since 2000.  He attended Dunwoody Institute of Technology.  When you call us you'll likely talk to Shawn.






Justin McGee:  Justin is the newest member of our team.  He is a full time firefighter for the City of Coon Rapids and also is an accomplished automotive technician.  Stop in and meet him sometime soon.





Tyler Diethart:  Tyler is Scott's grandson and yes, Melvin's great grandson.  But make no mistake, he earns his keep.  No free rides at Hi-Ten.   Tyler is learning the ropes from a bunch of seasoned professionals.
