"Best service station around. We would not trust anyone else to work on our cars.  It is the good old boys club there, though.  All the old timers stop for coffee talk in the morning.  These guys have been around a while, they hire good mechanics and keep them there. Not a lot of change over in mechanics. They always call with a breakdown of what needs to be done, aren't pushy and always very respectful when explaining things.  We have been going here over 15 years. Won't go elsewhere."

"I love Hi Ten!!  Since I have lived in Coon Rapids I have brought my car there. They will contact you prior to starting the service, and give you a pretty accurate estimate as to how much it will cost for the repair. When we were low on money they even let us make a couple of payments since it was a major repair. I like to have Shawn work on my car, he does excellent work!"

"I have been bringing my 15 year old car here for service for many years and I must say you guys are the best. I have Shawn check my car out about twice a year and his honesty about what is wrong with my car is overwhelming, I sometimes stop in for a small repair and they always seem to squeeze me in. Never have I ever had that kind of service in the 45 years I have owned a car. You have some very good employees working for you, it's too bad we don't have more businesses like yours. "This is the only place I will take my car. Over the top customer service by every employee. Always fair with service rates. I never feel like I'm getting taken advantage of or getting ripped off. I can always get in quickly for service and never have a long wait. On numerous occasions I've had a issue come up and they have looked at it for free when it's just a quick resolution.
